What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser. It lets the site remember what you did last time, like which page you were reading or whether you have already closed a notice. Cookies cannot run programs or carry viruses on their own.
This policy explains which cookies blanelo.com sets and what each one is for. It applies only to our own site, not to pages we link to.
Cookies we set
We keep the list short. At the moment the site uses:
- Cookie choice - remembers whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice, so it does not show again on every visit.
- Session cookie - keeps forms working while you fill them in, and disappears when you close the browser.
- Language or display preference - stores small choices about how the pages look.
None of these track you across other websites, and none of them store your name, phone number or email address.
Analytics and third parties
We look at aggregated visit numbers to see which service pages are useful and which are not. If analytics is active, it records pages viewed, rough location by city, browser type and screen size. It does not build a personal profile of you.
Some pages embed a map from Google. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies under its own policy and outside our control. We do not receive personal data from those cookies.
Managing your choices
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the notice on our home page. Declining does not stop you from using the site or booking a service.
You can also control cookies from your browser settings. Common options include:
- Blocking all cookies.
- Blocking only third-party cookies.
- Deleting cookies that are already stored.
- Being asked for permission every time a site wants to save one.
If you block everything, parts of a form may stop working and the cookie notice may reappear.
