Signature Men's Haircut
A full consultation, a wash, the cut itself and a hot towel finish on the neck. Scissor work, clippers or both, depending on how your hair behaves on a normal morning.
Blanelo has your message and one of the barbers will get back to you within a few hours during opening times. There is nothing else you need to do right now, so put your phone down, finish your coffee, and we will ring or write back to confirm the exact time. If you sent the form on a Sunday or late in the evening, expect a reply the next morning instead.
We keep the process simple because nobody wants to chase a barbershop for an answer. Here is exactly how the next day or two will go, so you know what to expect and when.
Whoever is on the floor reads your message between clients and looks at what is actually free around the time you asked for. If you named a barber, we check their column first.
You get a call or a short email with the closest slot to what you wanted. If that does not suit, we offer the next two options rather than making you start the whole thing again.
Come in a couple of minutes early if you can, so we have time to talk through the cut before the clippers come out. After that it is thirty-five to forty minutes and you are out.
That is honestly the quickest route. We answer between clients, so if it rings out for a moment, give it a minute and try again.
Most people who send us a message already know roughly what they want. If you are still weighing it up, these two pages break down the two services we do most, including the price, how long you will be in the chair, and what the barber actually does from start to finish.

Steam, oil, a fresh blade and about forty minutes in the chair. We shape the beard line first, then shave, then finish with a cooling balm so you do not walk out red.
Usually within two or three hours during opening times. Anything that lands after 19:00 or on a Sunday gets answered the following morning, once the first coffee has done its job.
Just send another one with the right details, or ring the shop and tell whoever picks up. We take the most recent message as the one to work from, so there is no risk of confusion.
Not yet. This page just means we received the request. The slot is locked in once a barber has replied to you and you have agreed on a time, not before.
Of course. Say so in the reply and we will move you to whoever you prefer. All three of us can do everything on the menu, so nobody is ever stuck.
Give the shop a ring and mention that you sent the form. Messages occasionally get buried under a busy Saturday, and a quick call sorts that out in ten seconds. You can also read more about the shop and the people behind it on our about page, or find directions on the contacts page.
